Peter Pan Must Die
It’s a well-known fact that we’re both dying. And so there are no misconceptions, I mean you and me, reader. At some point in time, only one of us will be alive, and then neither of us, and the only record of our time spent together will be this document.
Exercise 2 – Adderall
Second in a night. This wasn’t based off a specific prompt but I wanted to write something focusing on feeling – not just tactile, but in general. Contrast this to focusing on feels. Anyway, for context, I took adderall for the first time a few days ago. Not very impressive, really, but it still had a huge effect on me.
Break-Up Sex (Take 2)
Because the old version was awful.
Violent Horizons
Unused scene that I wrote for MemViv. This was just to let the editor get familiar with my prose.
Results Inconclusive
Rather than work on any of the projects that I should be working on, I instead keep writing one-offs and starts of things. Oh well. Writing is writing, and I’ve nearly doubled my desired word count for today. Yay.
Please Don’t Read This
Nobody wants to believe that they are not special. That they are nothing more than the next big fuck-up.
The sooner that you accept that you are not, in fact, anything more than one impossibly small speck in whichever impossibly huge system you belong to, the sooner you can get started living.
Swan Song – Part 1
The first part of some serial thing I plan to write. “Cowboy Bebop” just made me want to give bounty hunting a try. Melanie and Ardor are both characters I’ve had in mind for a while – years for Melanie, weeks for Ardor. I figured it was about time they got to breathe. I’ll hopefully update this series fairly regularly
Imaginary Friends
The first short story that I’ve written (that wasn’t a class assignment) in years. Title is a Galileo Galilei song reference. And shoutout to CrossRook for having the idea of a guy who wants to get rid of his tulpa. CR’s story is better than mine, but I couldn’t get the idea out of my head. It’s left in semi-script format because there’s no dialogue attribution, so it needed some reference as to who was saying what.
Pink Elephants
Writing visual novels is suffering. Writing expositions is suffering. Writing telepathic characters is suffering. As always this is unedited so the prose is kinda lame. Oh well. Astrid’s introduction and first scene of her route.
The Rain Factory Intro
I haven’t posted anything in a while, so here’s a page from a draft of the current project.
